Ebay Stops Service in India after Cutting ties with Flipkart

After 14 years of service, the world e-commerce giant eBay stops service in India. From Aug 14 E-bay stopped taking orders from the customers and Aug 30 is the last day for the already ordered customers to raise eBay Guarantee Claims.

E-bay was one of the best e-commerce websites in India to sell and buy refurbished gadgets. Indian E-commerce giant Flipkart bought eBay in 2017. But after the Walmart – Flipkart deal, eBay cuts ties with Flipkart.

Ebay.in nows show a message to its visitors which says “Change is good! Sorry, you can no longer transact on eBay.in, but not to worry, Flipkart will introduce a brand new shopping experience soon”. It means Flipkart is now working on a new platform for refurbished items.

eBay users can still continue to work with eBay global site.
